Intention Setting Form:

Please list all the areas of your life where old habits arise that you can identify that DO NOT serve you and your new goal or way of being. This doesn't just stay within the area of health – it shows up everywhere in our lives. Take a look at what currently shows up in yours and write these below. For example, if your goal is to be leaner, what decisions are you currently making that do not align with this outcome?

Who do you want to be by the end of this course? What kind of person do you want to be? What kind of decisions do you want to make? Be as detailed as you can with who you want to be. What do you do daily that reinforces your goals, and how does it feel to be there?

If you don’t know yet, that’s OK. You might have someone in your life that embodies some of the things that you want to achieve, so you can use them as an example and ask yourself, what characteristics do they have? What would they choose in all of these little moments throughout the day? For example, if being a lean person is part of who you want to be by the end of the course, you may ask yourself at various times, “what would a lean person choose at this lunch: a burrito and a second serving, or a chicken salad?” On a Sunday when you can choose to be a couch potato, you might ask yourself, “what would a lean person do? Netflix and chill for hours, or go for a hike and meal prep for the week?” The more we do this, with every small decision that we make, the more we start to build a new identity that achieves those things that we have never achieved before.
