About Your Instructor: Shannon Morse

Shannon’s interest, desire and personal commitment to educating and developing the potential in her clients through nutrition, physical fitness and awareness stems from her belief that the body has endless possibilities when fueled and treated properly. Her journey began over two decades ago when she was introduced to Pilates, a form of strengthening the body’s core movements through stretching, exercise, and muscle activation. This led Shannon into the fields of personal training, nutrition and mindset at both the group and individual levels. As a lifelong learner and practitioner, Shannon has continued to increase her knowledge and understanding of the body, her conviction to nutrition, fitness and energetic awareness has also expanded. After 20 years of personal training, transformative nutrition and mindset coaching with 1:1 individuals, Shannon has now shifted to guiding The Green Door Life coaches in their career and personal journeys. Shannon is the designer of the Signature Green Door Life course curriculum which includes the structure of education, progressive strength training programming, and cadence of information provided to not only yield success in each clients journey, but also to provide the sustainability for clients to embody this transformation for a lifetime.
