lead you through a 30 min. presentation + a 60 min. workout.

Properly align your body in various athletic positions
Understand basic movement patterns (ex: squat vs. hinge)
Make micro-adjustments based on your unique body
Establish a strong mind-muscle connection for full contraction
Learn types of muscle contractions + range of motion
