Master trainer and Green Door Life Co-Founder Shannon Morse will lead you through a 30 min. presentation + a 60 min. workout.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

  • Properly align your body in various athletic positions
  • Understand basic movement patterns (ex: squat vs. hinge)
  • Make micro-adjustments based on your unique body
  • Establish a strong mind-muscle connection for full contraction
  • Learn types of muscle contractions + range of motion
