About Melanie Pflaster:

Melanie developed a deep passion for health when she saw what switching to macronutrient balanced meals and the AIP diet did for her health and management of her autoimmune disorders. Her mission is to help clients with chronic illnesses (which are often overlooked in today’s medical system) figure out what will work best for them and help them advocate for themselves where necessary within the healthcare system. If you are looking for support with nutrition and movement and how it relates to autoimmune disorders, pre-diabetes, GLP-1/GIP agonist support, or help reading labs, Mel’s your gal. Melanie is a certified nutrition coach via National Academy of Metabolic Science and is working towards board certification in functional nutrition with NANP (National Association of Nutrition Professionals) via the Nutrition Therapy Institute.
