Odysseus (or Ody for short) grew up behind the scenes of Hollywood learning from world class coaches at a very young age. With a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from San Diego State University, he is an expert in mindset programming and helping people master their emotions to amplify peak performance. Ody works with clients from all over the world while managing his own wellness facility for 11 years. His passion is coaching, with over 15,000 hours of experience and for three years now he has been the wellness coach for a nine-figure corporation called WBE Electric. He has delivered speeches, created diet challenges, and coached many of the employees to maximize performance. The company has had record sales every year that they have incorporated his coaching.

In his personal life, Ody loves traveling, especially South East Asia. He loves learning from different types of cultures and implementing what he experiences into his coaching practice. Ody harnesses the power of meditation techniques that he learned from monks in Cambodia, wisdom from a Hindu priest who guided him Bali, and the breath techniques that he has learned from coaches across the world. Ody specializes in coaching alpha females and attributes much of his success from growing up around elite entrepreneurs as a child.

Shannon Morse

Shannon’s interest, desire and personal commitment to educating and developing the potential in her clients through nutrition, physical fitness and awareness stems from her belief that the body has endless possibilities when fueled and treated properly.

Her journey began over two decades ago when she was introduced to Pilates, a form of strengthening the body’s core movements through stretching, exercise, and muscle activation. This led Shannon into the fields of personal training at both the group and individual levels.

She received her certifications:

Pilates and personal training through BASI (Body Arts and Science International). (600hrs)
NPTI (National Personal Training Institute). (800hrs)
NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) (300hrs) As her interests and skills in the practice grew, she expanded her practice to the classroom and became an instructor, teaching the NASM curriculum ( a 300 hour practical application and classroom coursework) to those interested in becoming NASM certified personal trainers. She is the founder of Ahmiel Personal Training Education and NASM certification prep.
Licensed Diet Doc Permanent Weight Loss Program clinician. Shannon understood the importance of diet and nutrition in the entire fitness equation. She came to realize that nutrition was the key to unlocking the body’s true potential when combined with a proper training program. Upon her further research and education, she became a licensed Diet Doc Permanent Weight Loss Program clinician for the San Francisco Bay Area. The addition of the Diet Doc Program allowed her to expand her knowledge and provide additional services for her clients.
Quantum Healing Trauma Release Clinician through the Bridge to Mastery Institute. A year course curriculum to work with the energetic aspects of trauma release and behavioral change.
Landmark Graduate of the forum, advanced course, and communications course.
Additional Certifications for Reiki, Heart Centered Therapy, and additional strength training as continued education.

As a lifelong learner and practitioner, Shannon has continued to increase her knowledge and understanding of the body, her conviction to nutrition, fitness and energetic awareness has also expanded. Shannon customizes her clients’ plans to their unique bodies and lifestyle requirements. She implements a pragmatic approach for proper and balanced nutrition, a disciplined training or exercise regimen, and the application of proper form and technique to bring together an integrated experience.

Applying these three pillars of health, Shannon has proven to all her clients that the body has endless possibilities. Not just for the athletes—but for all of us, every day.

As the Diet Doc of Clemmons, North Carolina, I’m here to help you navigate your journey of discovering that answer and finding a balanced solution that works uniquely for you!

Over 15 years ago, I found myself drawn to the health and fitness industry, working at training facilities for professional athletes, weekend warriors, exercise newbies, and everything in between. With such a heavy focus on physical performance for so many years, I was delighted to find the missing pieces to the puzzle – nutrition and mentality – upon joining the Diet Doc Lifestyle team. I’ve gone through the program myself and beyond the obvious physical results that I have achieved, as a mother of two young boys, I was equally excited about the seemingly endless non-scale victories: better sleep, increased and consistent energy all day long (for real), more patience, less anxiety, and a healthy, positive outlook… the list goes on and on.

At the heart of coaching is the primary objective to support and inspire people, which is a lifelong passion that I have pursued as evidenced by my choice of undergraduate studies in psychology, graduate studies in education, and current employment in higher education, in which I mainly support the wellness program for faculty and staff. Now, as the licensed Diet Doc Weight Loss Clinician for Clemmons, North Carolina and greater Winston-Salem area, I can apply my unique background and work experience to maximizing your goals.
