6-Month 1:1 Mentorship Program

Pre-Requisites:

• Must be a graduate of The Green Door Life's 12-week 1:1 Awaken Your Nutrition program, including NAMS nutrition coach certification coaching support
• Must have passed the NAMS nutrition coach certification test before starting

Phase 1:

• 12-week shadow coaching experience with Shannon Morse (where you co-coach a 1:1 client)
• Attend all weekly 30-minute coaching calls with Shannon and the 1:1 client
• Attend all weekly 30-minute check-in calls with Shannon (in addition to client calls) before or after client calls
• Review weekly feedback video provided to client by Shannon during weeks 1-6
• Starting at client’s 6-week mark, take over hosting the weekly client calls, post appropriate notes, record weekly feedback videos, and lead the communication exchanges with client.
• Complete the first part of the 12-week Awaken Your Inner Coach course 
• Complete The Green Door Life's internal coach’s exam around systems and processes

Phase 2:

• Finish the 12-week Awaken Your Inner Coach course
• Get assigned your first paying client!
• 1x/week 30-minute coaching call with our head coach for continued support and education
• Meet every other week for 1.5 hour coach calls with The Green Door Life to further your expertise as a coach, ask questions, review client case studies, etc.
• Participate in Post or Pay, The Green Door Life's sales, marketing and social media membership which is complimentary during your program to help you with client acquisition and building your book of business

Terms and Conditions:

No refunds provided. Please refer to the terms and conditions expressed in your contract as provided to you via email. Must commit to one-year of service, taking on 5 clients at any given time after initial trial period has completed, and actively promote your lifestyle on social media and within your personal and professional network.
