WEEK ZERO

On-Boarding and The Foundations Formula

You don’t need to study this or memorize anything before we begin. Week Zero is about understanding and orientation, not execution. The real integration happens through the calls, where you begin to see how this applies to your life.

Lisa Kirby is the creator of Awaken Foundations — a program designed to help women simplify their approach to health and finally understand that they are not broken.

After years of working with women who felt stuck despite trying everything, Lisa recognized that most people don’t need more advanced strategies, but rather they need clarity on implementing the basics that actually make a difference.

Lisa’s approach is informed by advanced study in circadian rhythm and quantum biology through the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology, where she studied how light, energy, and the environment influence metabolism, hormones, and cellular health.
