I’m a South Louisiana girl living the California life, an active-duty military spouse, mom of two little ones, former collegiate pole vaulter, chiropractor, and someone who genuinely loves helping women feel at home in their bodies again.

My background in gymnastics and athletics gave me a deep appreciation for movement, performance, and discipline — but it also gave me firsthand experience with body image struggles and the pressure so many women silently carry. That journey ultimately shaped the way I coach today: with compassion, honesty, education, and a whole-body approach that goes far beyond calories and macros.

As a chiropractor with a strong foundation in fitness and human performance, I’m endlessly fascinated by how the body works together — nervous system, metabolism, hormones, movement, stress, recovery, and nutrition. I believe real health isn’t created through extremes or perfection. It’s built through sustainable habits, nervous system support, nourishment, and learning how to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it.

I also know what it’s like to juggle a full life. Between motherhood, military life, solo parenting seasons, and the everyday chaos of raising young kids, I’ve learned how important simple systems and realistic strategies are. My coaching is designed for real women with real schedules — women who want to feel strong, energized, confident, and free around food without needing to overhaul their entire lives to get there.
