How The Green Door LifeĀ Has Changed My Life

In my life I have done just about every diet or protocol one can think of and it just kept leading me to more and more stuckness. When I first found TheĀ Green Door, I voyeuristically watched for a long time before getting involved. I had been a nutrition coach and had clients, I knew all there was to know (rolling eyes now) and I was REALLY excellent at being mean to myself about ā€œnot eating the right thingsā€. There were good foods and bad foods and a very clear difference to what they were. When I joined The Green Door Life, I thought it would be some of the same - eat this, not that - lift a bunch of weight and do excessive amounts of cardio and you will hit the goal you want.Ā

I was in for the biggestĀ surprise.Ā

I noticed that there was a glorious amount of curiosity, gracious acceptance of where I was and get this, no judgment! I had never had that before. My life had only even been judgemental about food choices. I felt refreshed, supported and respected - because I knew my body best! I was being taught the science of what my body was doing and I learned that my body was doing the brilliant thing it was designed to do basedĀ on the inputs I was putting in it - or not putting in it for that matter. That is the same gift I want to give others, a safe place to land as we explore together to get folks feeling their best.Ā
