Belonging Blueprint is a 4-week live group experience designed to help you understand the unconscious ways your nervous system learned to maintain connection, and how those patterns may still be shaping your relationships with yourself, others, your body, and food.

4 Weeks of Guided Group Coaching Inside The Green Door Life
Each week, we focus on one layer of the belonging journey:
Week 1: Discovering Your Belonging Blueprint
Learn the biology of belonging and how the nervous system adapts in order to stay safe, loved, and included. You will be introduced to the 8 Belonging Archetypes and begin identifying the primary pattern that has shaped your life, relationships, and emotional responses.
Week 2: Self-Abandonment, Nervous System Patterns and the Inner World
Explore how your archetype influences your relationship with yourself. We will examine how self-silencing, over-performing, controlling, disappearing, or distancing developed as intelligent protective strategies. This week helps you begin tracking your archetype in real time through body awareness, nervous system education, and reflective prompts.
Week 3: Belonging in Relationships, Family Systems and Community
Learn how your archetype interacts with others in relationships, family dynamics, groups, and larger communities. This week helps you see the relational ecosystem around your pattern and understand how unconscious roles can reinforce each other. You will begin recognizing the difference between belonging through adaptation and belonging through authenticity.
Week 4: Somatic Integration and Authentic Belonging
This week brings the work into the body through guided somatic exercises and a collective emotional release process. We begin integrating the archetype rather than being run by it. The goal is not to get rid of the archetype, but to come into a place of awareness, agency, and choice within yourself.

Belonging Blueprint is held inside The Green Door Life as a live, guided group experience.
This container is rooted in the belief that healing happens in the collective.
When we witness ourselves honestly in the presence of others, and when we are met with compassion instead of judgment, old nervous system patterns begin to soften.
This is not outsourced support.

Co-Founder of The Green Door Life
Shannon Morse is the Co-founder of The Green Door Life, a space devoted to exploring the intersection of nervous system awareness, relational healing, and personal growth.
Her work centers around a simple but powerful idea:
Many of the patterns we struggle with in adulthood are not personal failures, but intelligent adaptations our nervous system created in order to maintain connection and belonging.
Through years of guiding individuals and groups, Shannon has seen how deeply these belonging patterns shape our lives—how they influence our relationships, our identity, our communication, and even how we relate to our bodies.
Rather than approaching these patterns with judgment or self-correction, Shannon’s work invites a different path: curiosity, compassion, and somatic awareness.
