A great breakfast or snack when you are on the go! These high protein egg white cups can be tailored to your preference of vegetables and seasoning to create endless varieties of flavors. Get creative and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Add in the spinach, red pepper, and green onions to each cup evenly.
  3. Add the egg Naturegg Simply Egg Whites to each and season with salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  4. Bake for 15 min. or until eggs are completely set.
  5. Pop out of the muffin tins with a knife or a fork. Serve hot
