Ingredients: 1 cup (120g) buckwheat flour (I use Hodson Mill); 100g banana; 1 tsp. ground cinnamon; 2 scoops (60g) vanilla protein powder (I use Core Nutritionals Pro); 1 egg; ¾ cup (175ml) almond milk; 1 tbsp. (15ml) coconut oil; 40g fresh raspberries, to serve (you can use frozen as well); 2 tbsp. (30g) Plain Fat-Free Greek yogurt, to serve (I use Siggy's); 1 tbsp. (15ml) honey, to serve (I use local honey to boost immunity)
