Sarah Eliot
Nutrition Coach
Sarah Eliot is a NAMS Certified Nutrition Consultant who helps busy working women cut through the overwhelm of conflicting nutrition advice and build simple, sustainable habits that work in real life. She understands how frustrating it can be to follow plans that promise quick results, eliminate the foods you love, or rely on endless cardio as the answer.
After years of struggling with her own weight and trying restrictive approaches that never lasted, Sarah found a more balanced, evidence-based approach to nutrition that transformed her health, energy, and confidence. That experience shaped the way she coaches today: practical, supportive, and grounded in what real life looks like.
Through one-to-one coaching, Sarah helps women move away from confusion, guilt, and all-or-nothing thinking so they can feel more in control of their food, more energized in their daily lives, and more confident in their bodies â without extreme dieting or burnout.
A lifelong learner, Sarah built her career in academia, with experience in research, project management, and program management across a range of health-related fields. Living in a neurodiverse household has deepened her understanding of how closely individual needs, routines, and wellbeing are connected. Originally from the UK, she now lives in Bath, England, with her husband and two children, and brings empathy, flexibility, and a realistic perspective to every client relationship.
If youâre ready to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body, Sarah would love to support you on your journey.

How The Green Door Life Has Changed My Life
Like many people trying to lose weight, I thought I needed to do more â more exercise, more restriction, more control. I trained fasted most days, avoided carbohydrates, pushed through cardio based workouts I didnât enjoy, and constantly felt frustrated by the lack of progress. Despite all the effort, I felt stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from my body.Â
Through The Green Door Life, I discovered a completely different approach. I learned that real, lasting results donât come from extremes, but from fuelling your body properly, understanding your needs, and building habits that work in real life. This shift didnât just change the number on the scale â it changed my relationship with food, exercise, and myself.
Seeing such powerful changes in my own health, energy, and mindset, I quickly realised this wasnât just about me. Within a month of starting, I encouraged my husband to start his own journey with The Green Door Life and together we started creating a completely new approach to health at home. Now, my husband and I are raising our children with a balanced, positive understanding of food â free from âgoodâ and âbadâ labels â and giving them the kind of practical, empowering nutrition knowledge we both wish we had growing up.
