Each week, we focus on one foundational pillar of health:

Week 0: OnBoarding
First, we create structure, clarity, and readiness, so when the program begins, you can focus fully on showing up and taking action. This week, we'll get set up on our main app, Circle, download + print the 100 page E-Book you’ll use during the 5 weeks, set your calendar for weekly calls, clarify your goals, and sign your personal commitment contract.

Week 1: Light
We begin with light because your circadian rhythm orchestrates every process in your body. Learn how to optimize sunlight exposure, reduce blue light, structure your daily schedule, and align movement and meals in a way that supports hormone balance, energy, sleep, and metabolic health. Week 2: Nutrition
Learn the signature formula for structuring meals, timing, and spacing in a simple, sustainable way. This week removes confusion around food and gives you a clear approach you can use in real life, without tracking or restriction.
