I will share how this channel came through as this experience, from start to finish, carries its own transmission and magical expression of source.

The time, 9:00 pm, presented itself to me in a meditation that followed our nightly practice to Shiva Linga. The divine essence of Shiva Linga and this practice is an honor to the nature of divine creation itself. Us and the universe united in whispers and roars.

The notion that “You will write a book” had come to me over the past few years from mentors, teachers, and psychics. A book wasn’t in my mind or on my radar when each of these notions was shared with me. My logical mind said that if I were to write a book, it would contain “how-tos” regarding health, fitness, and the like of holistic wellness practices that have been my career’s focus over the past 20 years.

The insight to begin writing at 9:00 pm did not come with a corresponding notion of the type of book I would be writing or the nature of what would be written. As such, I set my energetic space to clear energy and call in my divine “team” to be with me to channel the highest guidance.

I had begun to channel in spurts over the past 7-8 years and had done so at the earliest age of 13 with a 25-year or so gap in between. I had not yet channeled pages of information, so the notion of this kind of experience was not on my radar at the time.

My partner, Rafa, and I performed our Shiva Linga ritual by baptizing the altarpiece followed by our mantras to Shiva 108x using my rose quartz Mala beads. We had been instructed by our teacher, from The Indian School of Natural Spiritual Sciences in New Delhi, to baptize this altar piece daily, but the insight to perform the mantra with the Mala Beads 108x came in guidance as it simply felt like the appropriate practice for this ritual prayer.

After our session of Mantra was finished, I would move myself into a dark room with a candle, set a certain acoustic playlist, set my energetic space, and begin to type with my eyes closed. Allowing whatever was there to pour through me, opening my eyes on occasion to perform spelling corrections.

The feeling was similar to a faucet being turned on or off. When it was flowing, it was obvious to me; when it stopped, it was also obvious. There was simply nothing more to write. The transmission was complete.

The book was channeled in 21 days, starting December 26th, 2024, and finishing on January 16th, 2024.

The final Chapter 12 arrived in one wave at 9:00 am one morning as I was finishing a remote session with my teacher from India. I had finished performing an hour or so mantra practice to Shiva, and the faucet opened completely to pour out the last chapter with a clear stream of expression.

My mentor was not aware of the book that was coming through me; however, he had shared during our last visit to India that previous November that I would have 6 months to write a book if I were to effectively work with the energies that are available to me in this cycle.

Two days after our virtual session, and the completion of the final chapter, my mentor sent out his monthly email newsletter to his students presenting the topic of the month. This email contained a 21-page PDF titled, “I AM Aham Brahmasmi”. The term is derived from the Sanskrit word, Aham, meaning “I” and Brahma, meaning “divine” or “sacred.” It is a Yogic philosophy to describe the unity of the Atman (individual self or soul) with Brahman (the Absolute). In these 21 pages, the number 108 was highlighted as a cosmic number that connects us with the divine nature of the universe.

The sequencing of numbers is undeniable here. 21 pages in the PDF, 21 days to channel this particular book written at 9:00 pm for 12 chapters. 9 x 12 = 108. 108 as the number of Mala beads for the practice that opened the gates for this channel.
