Erika’s interest in self-discovery and personal growth, began with her own journey of recovery from addiction, leading her down a road of self-reflection. At her core, she knew her purpose was to use her experiences, struggles and successes to inspire others. When she discovered yoga at the age of 22, she found her confidence and was set on a natural course of healing; through her commitment to breath, asana and meditation. Her own experience of transformation and internal healing is what drove her to pursue a career as a yoga instructor and is what continues to motivate and inspire her today.

Residing and teaching in the Bay Area, Erika is a RYT 500 certified under Yoga Alliance and NASM certified fitness instructor. She has studied under the expert teachings of Elena Brower, Lesley Desaulniers and Allison Smith. Erika teaches with fire, softness and humor as she guides her students to find their own discoveries of themselves through their practice.
In addition to her love of teaching, Erika is a certified holistic health coach and mama to her two boys, Zander & Tanner.

"Yoga has been a saving grace in more ways than one. While the physical practice has aided in keeping my body strong & healthy, it is also an amazing outlet for me mentally. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to teach what I love, and to be able to witness transformation in my students as their own yoga journey unfolds."
