Awaken Foundations is a live group coaching experience that teaches you the basics of:

  • Quantum Biology: what "light hygiene" is and why your circadian rhythm is so important for balancing all downstream hormones 
  • Nutrition + Metabolic Science: how your metabolism works as a woman, different types of fuel in the body, how many calories you burn a day and why
  • Exercise Science: types of training, the minimum effective dose of exercise, what to focus on when and why depending on your unique body type + goals
  • Behavior Change Science: how to actually adopt a growth mindset so you stop getting stuck and start implementing small, daily habits in real time

You’re here to learn, apply in real life, and begin seeing results, so change becomes something you experience, not something you force.
