Awaken Your Nutrition is a 12-week program that includes an interactive course, customized nutrition and exercise plan, 15+ weekly exercise classes and group calls (live and on-demand), and daily support from a team of results-driven coaches who are committed to your transformation.
The nutrition science education that we learned as coaches is exactly what you receive each week through a drip feed of bite-sized written and video lessons. But, we made it way more fun and relatable so you can actually become your own best nutrition coach!

Nathan Wirt: Weekly Call Host + NAMS Certified Nutrition Coach
Nathan is a certified nutrition coach through NAMS (National Academy of Metabolic Sciences) and The Green Door Life's lead coach for the men's group coaching program.
Nathan's passion for nutrition and physiology was ignited early on, growing up in a family of Chiropractors.
With a life that has taken him across the globe for both work and pleasure, Nathan has always found inventive ways to stay fit and active.
At the age of 20, he developed a keen interest in the science of exercise and nutrition. With an engineering mindset, he began to debunk common myths and distilled physique improvement down to its most essential, reliable components for lasting change.
Over the past decade, Nathan has collaborated with some of the most respected names in the industry, refining a set of practices that have transformed his own physique as well as those of many others seeking to achieve lasting health and fitness.
Although he continues to travel extensively in his role as a marine engineer, Nathan’s true passion lies in coaching others to achieve and maintain their ideal physique.
Nathan is thrilled to be part of The Green Door Life, where he can contribute to a movement that empowers men to take control of their health through sustainable nutrition and fitness strategies.
When he’s not coaching, you can find Nathan exploring new terrain on his motorcycle, training in Jiujitsu, rock climbing, or chasing the perfect powder on his snowboard.

Shannon Morse & Lisa Kirby: Course Instructors + Community Leaders
Shannon and Lisa are sought-after licensed NAMS certified, Diet Doc permanent weight loss specialists, nutrition, mindset, training and lifestyle coaches, and the co-founders of The Green Door Life.
