Stay in the field.
Belonging is a practice, not an event. Your archetypes don't retire. They show up in new relationships, new seasons, new rooms. The Belonging Circle is the living container where you keep meeting them — with awareness, regulation, and people who speak the same language.
An unfolding path.
This isn't a course to complete. It's a living container that keeps unfolding — and the members already inside are experiencing real, tangible shifts. Not in a single flash of insight, but in the steady, lived way that continued community exploration actually makes last.
Each season, we open a new layer together. The Belonging Circle moves through the eight Belonging Blueprint archetypes and the masculine and feminine frameworks of depth and direction — exploring the patterns that shape how we belong, how we relate, and how we move through the world.
Whether you're beginning or have been walking this path for years, there's always a next layer waiting. You're not maintaining what you've learned — you're continually discovering more, in yourself and in community.
What's included.
A complete weekly rhythm of live practice, dedicated containers for masculine and feminine exploration, embodied movement, and a community holding the work alongside you.
The Four Circles
Each week we gather in our full container — moving through the living rotation of Mind, Heart, Body, and Spirit. This is the heartbeat of the Belonging Blueprint: the rhythm where you return, recalibrate, and remember who you are becoming. Open to all members, every week.
Live group session · Thursdays · 12:00–1:30 PM CSTThe Feminine in the Field
A weekly gathering to soften into depth. The feminine archetype lives in the receptive, the relational, the generative — the field that holds what is not yet resolved. We gather as women to meet that field together, without performing, without explaining, without rushing toward resolution.
Live group session · Tuesdays · 5:30–7:00 PM CSTThe Masculine in the Field
A weekly gathering for direction, devotion, and embodied presence. The masculine archetype isn't domination — it's purposeful presence. The capacity to discern, to protect, to act in service of what matters. We gather as men to remember that current in ourselves through honest conversation and witnessed practice.
Live group session · Tuesdays · 5:30–7:00 PM CSTFascia Flow & Release
Anthony Chiechi's guided fascial release practice — keeping energy and emotion moving through the body each week. Where conversation meets the tissue. Where insight meets the nervous system.
Guided practice · Fridays · 11:15 AM CSTGuest Speakers
Each month we welcome teachers who expand the work in new directions — voices across Mind, Heart, Body, and Spirit who deepen the field through their own lineages and practices.
Live session · MonthlyThe Circle Community
An ongoing space for reflection, celebration, and support among people living the blueprint in real time. When a moment lands, when an archetype shows up, when you need a witness — the Circle is there. Plus first notice and member pricing on upcoming Green Door Life workshops, retreats, and deeper containers.
Online community · 24/7Those holding space.
A circle is shaped by the people who hold it. Meet the facilitators leading the weekly containers — each bringing a distinct lineage, a steady presence, and decades of lived practice to the work.
Shannon Morse
Shannon hosts the weekly Women's Circle and the co-ed Four Circles sessions, holding space not as someone with answers to offer, but as someone deeply committed to exploring the human experience alongside others. Drawing from over twenty years of coaching, somatic work, and personal exploration, she shares the internal maps for navigating transition, emotion, growth, and reflection. At the heart of her work is a simple belief — that each person already carries the wisdom of their own path. Sometimes we simply need the right space, and the right witnessing, to find our way back to it.
Rafa Rice
Rafa leads the weekly Men's Belonging Circle with a direct, compassionate, and grounded presence. His path has carried him through the discipline of the United States Marine Corps, the complexities of family addiction dynamics, and the steady work of relational healing. Today he leads international teams in commodity trading, bringing years of experience in high-pressure decision making and team development to a deep curiosity about human behavior, emotional growth, and what it means to live with presence and integrity. His intention is to create a space where men can step beyond performance and isolation — into honest conversation about life, relationships, responsibility, and the evolving experience of being human.
Anthony Chiechi
Anthony is a nervous system and fascia educator with over thirteen years of experience in health, performance, and emotional integration. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, his work bridges applied neurology (Z-Health), Neurosomatic Therapy, and the fascial release system of Human Garage. He focuses on five key regions of the body often overlooked — yet crucial — for deep, sustainable change. Inside the Belonging Circle, Anthony's weekly Fascia Flow sessions offer a felt experience of what it means to come back into relationship with ourselves — not through more thinking, but through the body's own intelligence finally being given the space to speak, soften, and release.
What a week looks like.
