There is a learning curve, especially if nutrition tracking, macro education, strength training, or biofeedback are new to you. But the program is designed to support you step by step. What’s harder is staying stuck, tired, confused, and disconnected from your body without a clear path forward. You won’t be doing this alone.
How long before I see results? +
Many clients begin noticing changes in energy, digestion, sleep, hunger, cravings, and confidence within the first few weeks. Body composition change depends on your starting point, consistency, goals, stress, sleep, hormones, training, and overall lifestyle. We help you track more than the scale — including energy, mood, measurements, strength, digestion, sleep, hunger, your relationship with food, and confidence in your body.
What if I get sick, travel, or have a busy schedule? +
That is exactly why this program is built around real life. We help you learn how to navigate travel, illness, social events, restaurants, stress, and schedule changes without abandoning yourself or starting over. The goal is not to create results only when life is perfect. The goal is to build skills you can carry with you.
Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA? +
We do not bill insurance directly. However, some clients may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA/FSA funds, employee benefits, or health-related reimbursement programs depending on their provider, employer, or medical documentation. We are happy to provide documentation when possible to support that process.
When are the coaching calls? +
Call times may vary to support different schedules. Live attendance is encouraged, but replays are typically available if you cannot attend live. You may also submit questions through the community.
