We're looking for five more people to apply for our 1-on-1 coaching program that kicks off in October.

We'll work closely together for 12 weeks to help you achieve your primary goal, whether that's to lose weight, build muscle, increase energy, or enhance athletic performance.

That means you'd have 1-on-1 support from a dedicated coach + team of instructors all the way through December 25th.

In addition to strength training, meditations, group coaching, stretching and flexibility, and Pilates classes, we've also added some new calls to the schedule:

Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning) Class: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Pacific

This class incorporates plyometrics, core work, and compound movements (i.e. using multiple large body parts like upper and lower body) with weights. We alternate between giant super sets with minimal rest in between and more Tabata style circuits where we have distinct work/rest periods and then repeat. The goal of Metabolic Conditioning training is to consume maximum calories during your workout, and to create an oxygen deficit that forces your body to burn calories at an accelerated rate for hours afterwards. The workouts should feel challenging, so you will definitely work up a sweat!

Align and Flow: Mondays and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pacific

Align + Flow with us first thing in the morning as you set your stage for the day at the beginning and end of each week. This 30-minute class is held with the intention of breathing, setting your intention for the day by connecting to your inner wisdom, and getting in touch with your physical body to be IN your body as you move through your day. Activate your own unique life force energy first thing in the morning, leaving you grounded, connected, and in gratitude for the day that lies ahead.

Breakthrough Coaching: every other Thursday from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Pacific with Anastasia Sauvage

This class is for our members who are moving through any areas of stuck-ness. Stuck-ness in limiting beliefs of who they are, what direction they are going, old behavior patterns, or conditioning may thwart their progress.

This is a class led by Anastasia Sauvage, a transformational coach who maps out identity and conditioning with the Enneagram and Astrology. This will help you understand the mechanisms of your personality structure and build the awareness and skills to get OUT of stuck-ness and navigate the flow of life that is our innate nature. We have the choice to either step into our true deep power or to step back into familiar behavior patterns.

When we get stuck, we have forgotten who we really are through the conditioning of the self. This can occur from how we have been raised, the ideas and beliefs we have picked up from others that no longer serve us, and the stories we tell ourselves around how we THINK we need to be to accomplish our goals or desires.

Each month we will focus on a new topic of discovery and illumination! This is a group class with a collective experience to move through our conditioning as a collective.
