Although things are beginning to open up around here, we aren't planning to change our routine much at all. Over the past two months of sheltering in place, we've been facilitating small group training sessions virtually and plan to continue this service for our growing community for the foreseeable future.
There is something beautifully authentic and human about training virtually while our daily at-home life is happening around us. We love getting a sneak peak into our members' homes, and ironically, we are all closer together than ever before. Impromptu pet and toddler cameos, on-the-spot furniture re-arrangement, and finding ordinary household items to replace dumbbells have been our kind of new normal for weeks.
