Although things are beginning to open up around here, we aren't planning to change our routine much at all. Over the past two months of sheltering in place, we've been facilitating small group training sessions virtually and plan to continue this service for our growing community for the foreseeable future.


There is something beautifully authentic and human about training virtually while our daily at-home life is happening around us. We love getting a sneak peak into our members' homes, and ironically, we are all closer together than ever before. Impromptu pet and toddler cameos, on-the-spot furniture re-arrangement, and finding ordinary household items to replace dumbbells have been our kind of new normal for weeks. 

Here are some of our favorite perks of training at home


  • Convenience. Gain at least an hour back in your day because you don't have to drive anywhere, wait for machines/racks/benches to open up, or wonder what the heck to do for your workout. In the time it takes to get dressed and get to the gym, you could be DONE with your workout.

  • Accuracy & Safety. Track your body movements to match that of your expert trainer in real time. The screen acts as a mirror and a form cue, which means safer workouts and more efficient muscle activation. 
  • Motivation & Consistency. Train with and befriend a community of like-minded individuals who are on the same path as you. Even on the toughest of days, all you have to do is show up, and you'll be inspired to move.
