1️⃣Preheat a skillet over medium low heat.
2️⃣Stir the yogurt well and pour into a medium sized bowl. Add in the flour, stevia, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir until just combined.
3️⃣In a smaller bowl whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract.
4️⃣Pour the egg mixture into the yogurt-flour mixture and stir until just combined.
5️⃣Spray the skillet with cooking spray. I like to use coconut oil spray.
6️⃣Pour 2 tbsp of batter at a time onto the skillet. When bubbles begin to appear on the top of the pancake, flip it over and cook for another minute.
7️⃣Top with a sugar free syrup if desired, and you are in breakfast heaven!
