Do you (or someone you know) have experience teaching strength training and/or HIIT

As our community continues to grow (90+ active members!), we're looking for a new fitness instructor to join our expanding team!

Position Details:

  1. Teach virtual strength training and HIIT to our online community (we provide the programming)
  2. Provide active feedback and cues to members during class
  3. Schedule varies between 3-5 classes taught each week from 8-8:30 am Pacific and 12-1 pm Pacific
  4. Ideal candidate is a certified personal trainer or has years of experience with strength training and HIIT
  5. Compensation will include free access to our 12-week 1:1 coaching and nutrition program (a $3,400 value)
  6. Interest in long-term company involvement and becoming a Green Door nutrition coach is a plus!

Whether you're a current member or new to The Green Door Life, we invite you to join us on Wednesday, June 30th at 10am Pacific for a free workshop all about enneagrams! Anastasia Sauvage will lead us through a 60-minute class via Zoom, which you can join from anywhere.

The Enneagram is a unique personality typology representing nine fundamental strategies for relating to ourselves, others, and the world. Different from other typologies, it shows us the box and the way out rather than defining us as a limited “type.”

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the nine personality types of the Enneagram. Are you The Perfectionist, The Helper, The Achiever, The Individualist, The Investigator, The Loyal Skeptic, The Enthusiast, The Challenger, or The Mediator?

Understand the underlying motives that drive WHY you do what you do and stop running on autopilot. Identify and capitalize on your strengths, cultivate fulfilling relationships, and build a deep sense of self-awareness that will serve you for the rest of your life.

You are welcome to take the Enneagram Test to discover your type before the workshop, but it is not required.

About Your Instructor: Anastasia Sauvage

Anastasia Sauvage is a transformation coach who helps clients let go of self-sabotaging behaviors, reconnect with their internal compass, and reclaim lost parts of themselves so that they can finally make their soul purpose a reality.

When she’s not helping clients unlock their inner badasses, you can find Anastasia performing as a professional aerialist with the Vau de Vire Society in San Francisco.
