Relationship to Self — Emotions Live in Dimensions

Before we can belong anywhere else, we have to belong to ourselves. In Week 1, we begin with the most intimate layer: how you relate to your own inner world and the environments you move through every day.

  • Understand how emotions live in dimensions — not as problems to solve, but as directional information
  • Map your archetype to the nervous system pattern it tends to run

Shannon is the author and voice behind The Belonging Blueprint, a framework rooted in both nervous system science and soul-level inquiry. Inside the course, she breaks down complex topics — polyvagal theory, archetypal psychology, interoception, and somatic integration — into simple, embodied teachings you can apply immediately in your real relationships.

During our weekly community calls, Shannon guides members beyond the curriculum, helping them identify their archetypes in real time, regulate through activation, and rebuild trust in their own inner signals.
