Lisa Kirby is the creator of Awaken Your Cycles  a program rooted in circadian biology, hormonal literacy, and the deep intelligence of the female body. Her work helps women understand how light, environment, and daily habits shape hormones, energy, and metabolism across every season of womanhood.

Lisa’s approach is informed by board certification in quantum biology through the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology, where she studied how light, energy, and the electromagnetic environment regulate mitochondrial function, hormone production, and cellular health. This lens allows her to guide women beyond symptom management and into true biological alignment.

Inside Awaken Your Cycles, Lisa weaves together light science, metabolic health, emotional awareness, and real-world application to help women stop fighting their bodies and start partnering with them.
