STEP 1

Weeks 1-3: Lay a Foundation for Fueling and Function

First, we establish rhythms that restore connection to your body’s strength and capacity without overriding its signals.

You’ll begin building foundational movement patterns, supported by breathwork and nervous system awareness, so your strength comes from intention instead of forcing it.

  • Activate breath, core connection, and alignment through functional patterns designed to reduce pain and prevent injury

STEP 2

Weeks 3–8: Build the Blueprint for Lifelong Strength 

Now that your foundation is rooted, we deepen your practice. This phase is about mastering the strength patterns your body was designed to perform with precision and presence.

  • Refine your movement mechanics through push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry patterns
  • Explore the difference between unilateral and bilateral training to improve balance, stability, and your body’s structural integrity
  • Integrate anatomical awareness so you can move efficiently and build mobility alongside strength, all while preventing injury
  • Practice intentional tempo and activation drills so your body learns how to stabilize, fire, and align under load
  • Learn to listen for the micro-signals of fatigue, imbalance, or compensation and make adjustments with confidence

This is where it all comes together. By now, you’ve built a strong foundation, developed your strength patterns, and begun trusting your body’s guidance. Now, we focus on integration and fully embodying what you’ve learned.

  • Reinforce alignment and awareness so that being more precise in how you move becomes second nature
  • Explore full-body circuits and progressive training strategies that reflect your current capacity
  • Learn how to adapt your training plan based on your season, energy, and lifestyle, so you never have to lose momentum

Shannon Morse is the Creator of Awaken Your Strength—a program rooted in body, mind, and spirit through biomechanics, nervous system regulation, and intentional movement.

She helps people reconnect to their physical power, restore alignment, and rebuild trust in their bodies from the inside out.

Her philosophy is simple: “Strength doesn’t start with performance. It starts with awareness.”
